Item is faulty or broken
You send us proof of the broken or defaulted item, via photos within 30 days from the day it arrived (via tracking). Full refund is given asap via the card you paid.
After 30 days, no refund is given for faulty or broken items.
My order still has not arrived!
The order did not arrive (via tracking) within 60 days of the time of ordering. Full refund is given asap, no quibbles!
Please contact us and we will help locate any deemed lost item if tracking says it has not arrived at destination.
Remember, it is in our interest, as well as your own, that every order arrives safely and in perfect condition for every customer!
I want to exchange for a new size!
We understand that selecting the perfect size for jewelry can be challenging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry items once they have been handled, as they are no longer hygienic to future customers.
However, we offer a 50% exchange coupon towards the purchase of a different size under the following strict criteria:
1. The coupon applies only to the same ring or chain design.
2. The coupon option can only be used once per item purchased.
3. The request for a different size must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
4. Proof of purchase must be provided with the exchange request.
