Sparkl365.com is operated under a Ltd company registered in the United Kingdom. Our primary business is the sale of Moissanite jewelry, sourced from vetted partner artisans worldwide.

2. Products and Pricing

We specialize in Moissanite jewelry, which we obtain, tested and vetted through trusted partnerships with artisans.

Our products are shipped directly from the nearest warehouse to ensure cost efficiency. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.

3. Payment Options

By placing an order on Sparkl365.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We use third-party payment processors like Stripe and PayPal to handle transactions securely. We do not store your credit card details on our servers…

What payment methods do you accept?

We utilize third-party payment processors to securely handle your order.

Your card details are never visible to us. We only receive confirmation from trusted payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal when a transaction is successful.

Stripe and PayPal accept all major credit cards.

For EU countries, we also support payments via popular apps like Twinnt.

All available payment options will be listed at checkout.

How secure is my online order?

When you make a purchase online using your credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL-secure webpage.

This information is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network (e.g., Stripe) for authorization and approval.

Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

We only receive your name, address, email, the products you ordered, and the type of payment processor used (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).

We do not have access to your account on Sparkl365.com. Your account is viewable only by you and is password protected. We cannot access it unless you share your username and password, which is not advised.

Our access is limited to viewing your order details, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment processor. We can only check if the payment was successful or failed. That’s it!

What currency do you accept?

At present, we accept most major currencies, which can be adjusted to your preference in the menu tab on our store.

We cover the costs of currency conversion, so feel free to choose the currency that suits you best.
Who pays the currency conversion fees?

We do! We bear the cost of the extra conversion fees…another perk of ordering with Sparkl365 🙂 .

4. Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Orders are shipped from the closest available warehouse to your location. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the product’s availability.

We strive to deliver orders promptly but are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances…

Do I pay for shipping?

We are proud to offer you FREE insured worldwide shipping across all our jewelry collections.

So, no, you do not pay for shipping. We do.

Your parcel is also safely insured and paid by us.

Where do you ship to?

Our HQ is in the UK London with additional office in USA in Delaware, however, we have artisan workshops worldwide. This means we can ship our jewelry to countries within these continents: EU area, USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Switzerland.

How long does it take?

As soon as your payment is cleared, we process your order daily between Monday and Sunday. It takes 24-72 hrs to process the orders.

We will then immediately send you your tracking number email as soon as we receive notice from our partners that the item(s) are ready for dispatch.

Shipping times on average take between 9 to 14 work days to arrive after orders being processed.

Please also note bank holiday delays in postage in your country.Do I need to pay custom fees?

By ordering on our site and agreeing to our Terms, you consent to pay (if any!) custom fees for your parcel into the country of destination.

It is best to check your local country custom fees for importing gifts before ordering – usually this is free but not in every case.Where is my item?
Please use the tracking number we gave you in your tracking number email.

Go to Track My Order, and input the tracking. In a few days you should see where your parcel is.

If you cannot locate it, please contact us and we will contact our logistics agent.

Note: it takes 2 to 3 days for tracking to update on their system. Worry not, your order is dispatched and on its way to you!

HELP! I made a Mistake in My Address!

Customers are wholly responsible for inputting the correct address at the time of ordering! If the address is missing information like without a post code, and the transaction has been made successfully, we will also contact you to double check!

If you have ordered and see mistaken information with your address, please contact us immediately!

We may be able to edit the address before it is shipped by logistics. We are here to do our best for you asap.

Sadly, if the product is listed for dispatch via our shipment logistics, I am sorry, it is too late for change of address.

In this case, the customer bares the cost at this point, should he/she wish to cancel.(Legal Consent)

When do I know with proof my order has been delivered?

By placing an order with Sparkl365, you agree and consent: that an order is hereby deemed successfully delivered, once the tracking number we provided you with, and updated by USPS or Royal Mail (or local postal service in your country), states the order has been “successfully delivered” to the address supplied on your order.

If you find your order has not arrived, yet the tracking says it has, please contact your local post office for further details. It could be with a neighbor, or you may have a notification card.

For some orders over +300 USD value, a signature has to be taken at the point of delivery. So there is no questions here.

We take no responsibility for lost items, once the tracking says the order has arrived at destination. Or you, or a representative, has signed for the goods.

We also take ecommerce fraud very seriously.

5. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Welcome to our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policies.

We go by case by case basis for all refunds and exchanges, so please contact us…

30 Day Money Back Guarantee – Item is faulty or broken

You send us proof of the broken or defaulted item, via photos within 30 days from the day it arrived (via tracking). Full refund is given asap via the card you paid.

After 30 days, no refund is given for faulty or broken items.

My order still has not arrived?

The order did not arrive (via tracking) within 60 days of the time of ordering. Full refund is given asap, no quibbles!

Please contact us and we will help locate any deemed lost item if tracking says it has not arrived at destination.

Remember, it is in our interest, as well as your own, that every order arrives safely and in perfect condition for every customer!

I want to exchange for a new size!

We understand that selecting the perfect size for jewelry can be challenging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry items once they have been handled, as they are no longer hygienic to future customers.

However, we offer a 50% exchange coupon towards the purchase of a different size under the following strict criteria:

1. The coupon applies only to the same ring or chain design.
2. The coupon option can only be used once per item purchased.
3. The request for a different size must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
4. Proof of purchase must be provided with the exchange request.

📩 When You’ll Receive Your Warranty

To ensure authenticity, your personalized warranty confirmation is sent digitally after your jewelry has been carefully prepared, packed, and confirmed shipped. Each warranty is tied directly to your order ID and moissanite piece(s).

🛠️ How to Make a Warranty Claim

To reflect real-world wear and ensure fair use, warranty claims may only be submitted after 90 days from the delivery date.

If you believe your moissanite has lost its brilliance after this time, please email our boutique support team at support@sparkl365.com with:

  • Your original order confirmation
  • A clear video (in natural light) showing the moissanite from multiple angles
  • A brief description of the issue

We require the return of the original item before issuing a replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as part of the claim process. Upon inspection and approval, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

📌 Important Notes

  • This warranty applies to original purchasers only and is linked to your order number.
  • The moissanite stone is covered for its lifetime while owned by you and Sparkl365™ is actively trading.
  • Should Sparkl365™ cease operations in the future, this warranty will no longer apply.

All warranty claims are carefully reviewed. Video footage must be well-lit, filmed in natural daylight, and clearly demonstrate the issue. Claims that do not meet these criteria or fall outside the policy scope will be declined.
