Do I pay for shipping?
We are proud to offer you FREE insured worldwide shipping across all our jewelry collections.
So, no, you do not pay for shipping. We do.
Your parcel is also safely insured and paid by us.
Where do you ship to?
Our HQ is in the UK, however, we have artisan workshops worldwide. This means we can ship our jewelry to countries within these continents: EU area, USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Switzerland.
How long does it take?
As soon as your payment is cleared, we process your order daily between Monday and Sunday. It takes 24-72 hrs to process the orders.
We will then immediately send you your tracking number email as soon as we receive notice from our partners that the item(s) are ready for dispatch.
Shipping times on average take between 9 to 14 work days to arrive after orders being processed.
Please also note bank holiday delays in postage in your country.
Do I need to pay custom fees?
By ordering on our site and agreeing to our Terms, you consent to pay (if any!) custom fees for your parcel into the country of destination.
It is best to check your local country custom fees for importing gifts before ordering – usually this is free but not in every case.
Where is my item?
Please use the tracking number we gave you in your tracking number email.
Go to Track My Order, and input the tracking. In a few days you should see where your parcel is.
If you cannot locate it, please contact us and we will contact our logistics agent.
Note: it takes 2 to 3 days for tracking to update on their system. Worry not, your order is dispatched and on its way to you!
HELP! I made a Mistake in My Address!
Customers are wholly responsible for inputting the correct address at the time of ordering! If the address is missing information like without a post code, and the transaction has been made successfully, we will also contact you to double check!
If you have ordered and see mistaken information with your address, please contact us immediately!
We may be able to edit the address before it is shipped by logistics. We are here to do our best for you asap.
Sadly, if the product is listed for dispatch via our shipment logistics, I am sorry, it is too late for change of address.
In this case, the customer bares the cost at this point, should he/she wish to cancel.
(Legal Consent) When do I know with proof my order has been delivered?
By placing an order with Sparkl365, you agree and consent: that an order is hereby deemed successfully delivered, once the tracking number we provided you with, and updated by USPS or Royal Mail (or local postal service in your country), states the order has been “successfully delivered” to the address supplied on your order.
If you find your order has not arrived, yet the tracking says it has, please contact your local post office for further details. It could be with a neighbor, or you may have a notification card.
For some orders over +300 USD value, a signature has to be taken at the point of delivery. So there is no questions here.
We take no responsibility for lost items, once the tracking says the order has arrived at destination. Or you, or a representative, has signed for the goods.
We also take ecommerce fraud very seriously.
