Welcome to our payment and security options info. Your security is everything to us. We ensure your security right the way through to receiving your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We utilize third-party payment processors to securely handle your order.

Your card details are never visible to us. We only receive confirmation from trusted payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal when a transaction is successful.

Stripe and PayPal accept all major credit cards.

All available payment options will be listed at checkout.

How secure is my online order?

When you make a purchase online using your credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL-secure webpage.

This information is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network (e.g., Stripe) for authorization and approval.

Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

We only receive your name, address, email, the products you ordered, and the type of payment processor used (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).

We do not have access to your account on SilkRejuv.com. Your account is viewable only by you and is password protected. We cannot access it unless you share your username and password, which is not advised.

Our access is limited to viewing your order details, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment processor. We can only check if the payment was successful or failed. That’s it!

What currency do you accept?

At present, we accept most major currencies, which can be adjusted to your preference in the menu tab on our store.

We cover the costs of currency conversion, so feel free to choose the currency that suits you best.

Who pays the currency conversion fees?

We do! We bear the cost of the extra conversion fees…another perk of ordering with SilkRejuv™ 🙂
